US surgeon Mark Perlmutter claimed that Israeli snipers are deliberately targeting children in Gaza. Perlmutter said that while he was volunteering at the European hospital of Khan Younis in southern Gaza earlier this year, he "saw two children that were shot twice". He added: "No child gets shot twice by mistake."
