At least three killed, 13 injured in Lagos midnight tanker explosion

Last night, in Lagos, a tanker exploded along Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, destroying facilities, as well as vehicles, at the nearby OPIC Plaza. So far, five people have been confirmed dead by the National Emergency Management Agency.
