Bridging the digital divide in Rwanda

Rwanda targets to have 100 per cent internet access by 2020 and is investing heavily into becoming an ICT Hub. Joining CNBC Africa to understand how the digital gender divide can be bridged is Dominique Mvunabandi, Director of Science and Technology Unit at Rwanda National Commission for UNESCO.
