World leaders congratulate Biden, Harris on election win

Some of the United States' biggest and closest allies quickly congratulated Democrat Joe Biden and his running mate Kamala Harris on Saturday (November 7), recognising their presidential election victory even though Donald Trump, with whom several have had rocky relations, had yet to concede.
