After days of talks, the Sudanese army and paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) agree to facilitate aid, but a ceasefire is yet to be agreed upon. Meanwhile, clashes intensify in eastern DR Congo, prompting US Secretary of State Antony Blinken to renew his call to President Felix Tshisekedi and Rwandan President Paul Kagame for a diplomatic solution.
