Police in Tampa, Florida are warning of a possible serial killer after the recent shooting murders of three people with no apparent ties to each other.

A suspected serial killer, Gracious David West, has been arrested by the Rivers state Police Command.

David West, a 26-year-old suspected serial killer confesses after he was arrested along East-West Road en route Uyo from Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The police said West confessed to killing 15 women.

The FBI are seeking help in identifying the victims of the most prolific serial killer in U.S. history.

Gracious David West, accused of the murder of ten women, appears at a court in Port Harcourt, a major city in southern Nigeria. His trial was adjourned until Thursday after just a few minutes in court. He has already pleaded guilty to nine of the ten killings.
