Petraeus: ‘Good chance’ Kyiv counteroffensive gains continue

Air raid sirens sounded across Ukraine and explosions were reported in the capital, days after air defenses largely repelled a Russian missile attack.
Russia's deputy foreign minister warned of "colossal risks" if NATO countries provided F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met India's Narendra Modi for the first time since the war.

Moscow said several drones targeted the city early Tuesday which came after Kyiv reported a fresh wave of drone attacks — the third in 24 hours — earlier in the day.
