Militia takes a page from insurgent playbook in fight against Taliban

As fighting between government forces and the Taliban rages across Afghanistan, a covert militia is also engaging the insurgents in fierce battles in the southern province of Helmand. The Sangorians, named after a popular Turkish television soap about an undercover security force, dress similarly to the Taliban and even boast dozens of disillusioned insurgents in their ranks.
