Kim Jong Un threatens to use nuclear weapons if attacked

North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un has threatened to use nuclear weapons in the event of a military confrontation. The warning came as North Koreans marked 'Victory Day,' the 69th anniversary of the armistice that ended hostilities in the Korean War.
