EU corruption scandal suspect cuts deal with prosecutors

Former Italian MEP Pier Antonio Panzeri agreed to cooperate with Belgian prosecutors, in exchange for a more lenient sentence. He reportedly received money from Morocco to promote its interests in the EU parliament.
