Coronavirus latest: ‘We have become negligent,’ says disease agency chief

The head of Germany's disease control agency has said negligence is to blame for a steady increase in COVID-19 cases in the country. Berlin is advising tourists not to travel to parts of Spain. Follow DW for the latest.

The World Health Organization's European chief said on Tuesday that at least 3,000 people had died in Ukraine because they had been unable to access treatments for chronic diseases.
