Big waves as Typhoon Surigae passes near the Philippines

Big waves break on the coast of Sorsogon City in the central Philippines. Thousands of residents in the Bicol region have evacuated as Typhoon Surigae, packing sustained winds of 195 kilometers (121 miles) per hour, brings heavy rains and adverse weather.
