Biden says sentencing in George Floyd murder ‘appropriate’

US President Joe Biden says that the jail sentence handed down to a former police Minneapolis officer for the murder of George Floyd, an unarmed Black man, was "appropriate." Biden makes the comment as he hosts Afghan President Ashraf Ghani in the Oval Office of the White House.
