3-year-old girl stabbed at birthday party dies

A 3-year-old girl who was stabbed at her own birthday party in Boise, Idaho on Saturday has died of her injuries. Police say she was among nine people stabbed by Timothy Kinner at an apartment complex that is home to many refugees.
