Policing in East and South South is much more “lucrative” than in the North. Maybe there are more people in the East/South south and maybe more crime. Maybe. But the mentality of most policemen in that region is of extorting occupying force. Not fair. Not right. Intimidation for bribe is a crime also against the spirits. Let every turn to right conduct
