Obasanjo reveals why Shehu Shagari shouldn’t be mourned

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo on Monday visited the Shehu Shagari’s residence in Sokoto at about 9:50 a.m and was received by Gov. Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State.
