INEC declares Buhari winner of Nigeria’s 2019 election

In the wee hours of the day, Mahmood Yakubu, Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission announced the results of Nigeria's presidential elections that were held on Saturday the 23rd of February after two days of counting the results.
