How 126 Billion naira was used to recall contractors owed by Jonathan’s government

Babatunde Fashola has revealed that the N126 billion approved by the Federal Executive Council (FEC) for 12 road projects across eight states was partly used to recall contractors owed by Jonathan’s administration.
