‘All options on table’ in P&ID arbitration case – Nigerian minister

Nigeria's information minister told Reuters on Monday that the contract involved in a multi-billion-dollar arbitration case was "marred with fraud", ahead of a court hearing relating to a gas-processing plant in southern Nigeria that never reached completion.
