The Central Bank of Nigeria says changes effected in the revised Foreign Exchange Manual will take effect today, as the apex bank moves to enhance transparency of transactions and streamline documentation requirements for FX transactions.

Saudi Arabia shut its side of Qatar's only land border in June 2017 as part of a package of sanctions it said was a response to Doha's backing of radical Islamist groups and closeness to Iran. Qatar has always denied the charges.

The robotics startup Exotec has become France's 25th unicorn company, valued at $2 billion after its latest fundraising round.
