Forget about employee burnout; unemployed workers are also tired. Amid layoffs and hiring freezes, both employees and job seekers are struggling with high levels of burnout. Jobseekers are facing a frustrating, time-consuming cycle of submitting applications, only to be met with rejections or no response.
