DR Congo: Death toll from Kinshasa floods rises as Tshisekedi meets victims

In DR Congo, President Felix Tshisekedi has visited those left homeless by floods in the capital over the weekend. Heavy rains have killed more than 30 people and caused widespread destruction. Kinshasa is prone to frequent and deadly flooding during the rainy season, which is particularly dangerous for low-income neighbourhoods.
