Stage collapse, rain disrupts oath taking in Kano and Oyo State

The new governor of Kano State, Yusuf Abba, his deputy, and the acting chief judge were all on the podium as the stage collapsed during oath-taking. In Oyo State, Governor Seyi Makinde's oath-taking was also disrupted by heavy rain.
