World No-Tobacco Day 2021: ‘Commit to quit’

Every year, on May 31st, the World Health Organisation (WHO) celebrates World No-Tobacco Day to draw global attention to the dangers caused by smoking tobacco.⁣⁣ This year, the WHO seeks to advocate for strong tobacco cessation policies, increase access to cessation services, raise awareness of tobacco industry tactics, and empower tobacco users through its “quit & win” initiatives.⁣⁣
