President Donald Trump is sending America’s largest aircraft carrier to the Caribbean to help stop small boats he says are transporting drugs to the US. Trump says the US is in “armed conflict” with Venezuelan drug cartels. In turn, Venezuela accuses the US of using drug trafficking claims to “fabricate a war” in Latin America.
