Telegram boss Pavel Durov's police custody in France has been extended until August 28 on 12 charges of organised crime. A French court is accusing the Russian-born billionaire of failing to act against the criminal use of his messaging app by his subscribers, in particular through a lack of moderation and cooperation with investigators.
