Viewers speak on Eyimofe (This Is MyDesire)
Eyimofe (This Is My Desire) had its global premiere last Monday at a sold-out CinemaxX at the just-concluded Berlin International Film Festival. Directed by the Esiri brothers, Arie and Ochuko, the GDN Studios-presented film also had three equally sold-out subsequent screenings over the course of the Berlinale. Deutsche Welle’s Eddy Micah Jr had the directors of the highly-rated Nigerian film, twin brothers Arie and Chuko Esiri, on News Africa where the siblings, amongst other things, talked about how Eyimofe will make audiences feel like they actually travelled to Lagos and experienced the day-to-day life of residents of Africa’s most populous city.
