Today’s Focus report takes us to Japan where we take a deep dive into the Otokonoko subculture. Born from the world of mangas in the early 2000s, Otokonokos are usually men who dress in feminine clothing for entertainment – much like drag culture. It’s not a completely new phenomenon however, as cross dressing in Japan dates back three centuries.

A Boeing 737-800 aircraft operated by Japan's Nippon Airways returned to the airport after pilots discovered a crack on the outermost layer of the cockpit's windshield. No one was harmed.

The Japan Airlines plane burst into flames after a reported collision with a coast guard plane. The airline says all 379 people aboard its plane were evacuated.
