Various media in the UK and Belarus have used an image dating from 2013 to illustrate what is supposed to be a Russian mobile crematorium in Ukraine. The fake image lent credibility to official Ukrainian claims that Moscow was using such vehicles in a bid to hide the extent of massacres in the country.
