In a significant step forward for relations between France and Rwanda, Emmanuel Macron recognises a damning responsibility on the part of France in the 1994 genocide in Rwanda. And in DR Congo, the city of Goma is being evacuated over fears of volcanic activity at nearby Mount Nyiragongo.
