Also, in Mali, the interim president and the PM have been released three days after they were detained and stripped of their powers in what appears to be the country's second coup d'état in nine months. And in DR Congo, the city of Goma is being evacuated over fears of volcanic activity at nearby Mount Nyiragongo.
