It’s one of the French capital’s most coveted retail spots — and fast-fashion giant Shein will soon be setting up shop there. To the dismay of competitors, environmentalists and Paris mayor Anne Hidalgo, the Chinese firm is opening its first-ever physical boutique in the city, inside the BHV department store.
