Radio program broadcasts hope to Japanese in North Korea

It is thought that 100 Japanese people who were abducted by North Korea still live there. The Shiokaze Project broadcasts just for them, with Japanese music and the voices of loved ones. One woman reaches out to her sister, who was taken 44 years ago.
