Nigeria's Foreign Affairs Minister, Yusuf Tuggar has been speaking to Nigeria's recent membership as a BRICS partner, stating that the move remains strategic in its engagement with countries. Speaking on the sidelines of the 15th World Economic Forum, Tuggar stressed that becoming a BRICS member is still work in progress.
