With deaths arising from the coronavirus outbreak in China rising to 132, and 19 other countries recording cases, Nigeria’s Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission took a huge step towards preventing the spread of the deadly virus when its operatives sealed a Chinese-owned supermarket filled with animal products with expired dates and irregular shelf life.⁣⁣
