Dilma Rousseff to testify in impeachment trial

Dilma Rousseff, Brazil's suspended president, will testify in her impeachment trial before the Senate on Monday. She is six votes short of blocking the impeachment. However, her fate could rest on a group of nine senators which claims to be undecided
