Nigerian papers reflect on the challenges facing the country on its 60th anniversary of independence. They paint an almost unanimously bleak picture of a Nigeria still riddled by corruption, crumbling infrastructure and sectarianism. We also look at new accusations of sexual abuse levelled against international aid workers, this time in the Democratic Republic of Congo. We finish with Downing Street's controversial plans for asylum seekers.
