Officials of the Lagos Traffic Management Agency, LASTMA, are intent on ensuring that there is a smooth flow of traffic on Lagos roads as they were spotted on Wednesday, 26 June, removing container-laden trucks from the Toyota end of the Oshodi-Apapa Expressway.
