Inside the lab leading the race to get a coronavirus vaccine

A team at Imperial College London has become the first in the world to reach animal trials of a vaccine for the new coronavirus, though one of its lead researchers says that the attempt is a 'collaborative race' alongside other teams from around the world. If all goes to plan, a vaccine could be available for general use by the end of the year, an incredibly quick turnaround in the field of medical research.
