IMF slashes global growth forecast amid Trump tariff turmoil

The International Monetary Fund says it expects global economic growth to be slower as it sharply downgraded its forecast for US growth as a result of Donald Trump's tariffs and the uncertainty they have created. It also warns that risks to the global financial sector had significantly risen since last autumn.
