Cousin to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Robert Azibaola, on Tuesday, told a Federal High Court in Abuja that the $40m which he received from the detained former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd), was used to settle militants in the Niger Delta.
