Missing disabilities bill

Following the claim by the Presidency during a town hall chat last week that the executive is yet to receive the Nigerian Disabilities Bill passed by the National Assembly, dozens of physically-challenged Nigerians stormed the streets of Abuja the day after to protest the delay in assent to the Bill.
