Ghana awaits results from tight presidential race

It's a tight race in Ghana as voters wait to hear if their president has won a second term, or if a former president will return to the top job. And lawmakers in DR Congo fight and throw chairs amid a political power struggle. The president is trying to get his party in control of parliament and toss out allies of his predecessor.
