The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has re-arraigned a cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Anuoluwapo Adepoju, popularly known as 'Dr Anu' for allegedly obstructing investigation into complaints of failed surgeries.
