The Rwandan and Congolese health ministers sign a joint agreement in the context of the fight against the spread of the Ebola virus. The joint communiqué includes the establishment of a cross-border consultation to develop joint strategies for the prevention and management of Ebola cases, including monitoring, information sharing and vaccinations.
