A suit seeking an order compelling the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to investigate corruption allegations against the National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, Adams Oshiomhole for allegedly diverting funds belonging Edo state while he was governor of the state, has been struck out by a court.
