IN continuation of its Agric revolution, founder and president of Uplifting Women Through Farming (UWTF) Afoma Adigwe is set to stage a talk show on agriculture on television and other platforms to be known as Agric Talk Show. According to Adigwe, the talk show is borne out of her passion to showcase prospects and opportunities in farming to as many people as possible through the wide reach that television affords.

She said, “This talk show is a continuation of UWTF’s vision which came into existence a decade ago. We want to showcase the many opportunities and prospects in agriculture, which has gone beyond cutlass and hoe. We want to showcase to the world that agriculture is the next goldmine,”

The programme, which will commence in the last quarter of 2015, will feature prominent agriculturists, farmers and other stakeholders in agriculture within Nigeria and across Africa.
