A drone strike on Al-Safia market in Sudan’s North Kordofan state has killed at least 28 people and wounded dozens more. The perpetrators have not been identified, but rights groups are urging both the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces to cease drone attacks and protect civilians, as similar strikes have intensified in Kordofan and Darfur, resulting in many deaths in recent weeks.
