Mexican mayor Carlos Manzo was shot dead at a Day of the Dead festival in Uruapan, Michoacan. The outspoken advocate against cartel violence was struck seven times and died in hospital. His widow, Grecia Quiroz Garcia, and residents demand justice. Authorities have linked the weapon to organized crime.
