Earlier today, Justice for Gani Committee, a coalition of friends and long-time time associates of the late human rights icon Chief Ghai Fawaimi, held a press conference and a peaceful protest at his Lagos residence. The group voiced a strong opposition to the erection of an alleged illegal multi-story apartment adjacent to the Fawaimi family home.
