PENCOM: Obasanjo’s expectations for the World Pension Summit Africa

Olusegun Obasanjo enacted a law to decentralise and privatise pension administration in 2004, thereby constituting the National Pensions Commission as the regulatory authority to oversee activities of pension fund.
